Blister on skin always happen to us, especially for old peoples. What actually is happened on this skin? Skin blister actually is a collection of clear fluid that is trapped between the top layer of skin or skin surface, especially on epidermal and dermal layers. Blister often called as "water blisters," often break open and the fluid inside is released onto the skin. Blisters, also known as vesicles, can occur in all age groups and populations.
Skin blister also can caused by blood blister, a specific type of blister due to the damage of blood vessels and tissue just under the skin, which causes blood and other fluids pool and form a bump. Blood blisters typically form after a strong pinch of the tissues, but there are other causes as well. This different with abscess is a collection of pus, a thick, cloudy, white or yellow colored fluid that contains white blood cells and dead tissue.
Skin blister also can caused by a wide variety of mild to serious diseases, disorders and conditions including infection, inflammation, traumatic, allergic reaction, and other abnormal processes. Blister can happen on the mouth, nose and genitals. Blister itself can be very tiny and hardy noticeable or quite large, reaching a quarter in diameter or larger.

Skin Smoothing Action
This action has become a popular alternative to Portraiture. It works by smoothing the surface of the skin without smearing it, then it gives you control of the intensity of that smoothing.
This works on full size 300 dpi images. If you are working with layers, make sure you are on the top layer. It copies and merges all layers to a new layer (leaving your original layers intact), then sets the smoothing layer. If you have adjustment layers you can hide them all then highlight the top pixel/regular layer, run the action, then turn your adjustment layers back on.
Brush over the areas you want to smooth with a soft white brush. Change the size to get into the smaller areas and adjust the opacity of the layer to change the level of smoothing. Yes the above explanation is smoothing skin just using computer and just smoothing the picture look.
If in the real world this can be difficult because the skin of everyone’s is different and may need different treatment and different cured. In coastal areas whitening skin seems to be needed by all women here, because their skin is usually brown. High intensity of the sun makes one's skin turns into brown, especially if child been born on the beach.
Whiten the skin color can be dangerous if not do with careful because many skin whitener sellers who use hazardous materials are intentionally selling whitening skin because the drug demand is a lot.

Excematous Dermatitis
Excematous Dermatitis happen if seborrheic spread, there are lesions in the predilection; scalp, behind the ears, nostrils, middle of the chest, axilla, inguinal region.dermatitis is due to the propagation of secretions (exudates) of the primary lesion (focal infection) are located close together.
Clinical:
found skin rashes such as: vesicles, pustules, crusting, and skuama. Multiform or linear-shaped lesions and accompanied by feelings of itching. Infectious eczematous dermatitis occurs when skin is exposed to the bacteria or chemicals contained in tissue exudates. The disease spreads from the local (focal) to the surrounding in a way that often occurs due to the release of secretions from the abscess, sinus, ulkul, furuncles, otitis media kornik, fistula or dirt from the eyes, nose or vagina.
Teraphy:
Compress when wet. Antihistamines can be used to suppress itching. Antibiotics are used if accompanied by secondary infections.
Corticosteroid preparations are also used in this therapy. To facilitate healing or in order not to relapse, removal or treatment of fokalnya cause should be done.

Impetigo
Impetigo is a superficial skin infections and diseases transmitted by streptococci or staphylococci bacteria . This bacteria release toxins exfoliactive that cause separation dermal-epidermal or bullae formation. some of the streptococcus is nephrotoxic and can lead to glomerulonephritis. This disease usually affects children aged 5-7 years.
